Pour la saison d'automne 2021, Auto Bild a testé trente-deux pneus toutes saisons dans la taille populaire 225/50 R17 en freinage sec et humide.

Le premier pneu toutes saisons sur le sec ne devrait pas être une surprise, c'était le Michelin CrossClimate 2 ! Maxxis a également surpassé le peloton, le Premitra All Season battant le troisième Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF2 de près de 2 mètres.

La différence entre le meilleur et le pire pneu était de près de 10 mètres à seulement 100 km/h ou 62 mph.

La température d'essai de 22 °C a permis au pneu été de dominer dans des conditions humides, le Vredestein Quatrac Pro et le Goodyear Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 étant les meilleurs. La différence entre le meilleur et le pire était de 13,7 mètres, encore une fois à seulement 100 km/h.
